Sportage [MK3] (2010-2015)
The Kia Sportage Mk3, also known as the third generation Sportage (model code SL), was launched in 2010 and marked a significant step forward in design and quality for the brand. A facelifted version was introduced in 2014, bringing subtle styling tweaks, improved interior materials, and updated technology. Production of the Mk3 Sportage continued until 2015, when it was succeeded by the fourth generation (Mk4) model.
There are a few ways to identify if you vehicle is digitally amplified. Check the boot area and the drivers-side side panel, your vehicle should have either a round port-hole or a speaker. If you have the porthole, you are not amplified. If you have the speaker, you can SPDIF digitally amplified.
