STOCK & DISPATCH MANAGER (£21,000 - £26,000)

To be responsible for the efficient day to day management of the company's inventory management and mail order dispatch for customer fulfilment.

We are looking for someone to manage the logistics and stock side of the business. Based in Oswestry, you’ll be working with a group of great people who think independently but collaborate as a strong team to deliver exceptional results.

Key tasks

  • Picking, packing and arranging dispatch of the companies mail order sales across all sales platforms
  • Be responsible for the purchasing of new stock to replenish items which are low or out of stock
  • Manage all warehouse operations including managing stock and stock replenishment
  • Communicate with sales staff on a regular basis to ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Profile new lines for expansion of stocked goods
  • Be responsible for all product returns. Test and inspect them or restore back to resalable condition
  • Maintain high standards of organisation, health and safety and housekeeping at all times
  • Understand how export and import orders are to be processed and handled
  • Arrange the warehouse to streamline operations. Making sure all stock is in order, easy to locate
  • Accepting deliveries into the warehouse
  • Making sure all products are logged into our system
  • Send information to office for system update
  • Monitor and manage rubbish disposal
  • Ensuring that deliveries in and out are handled effectively
  • Keeping the warehouse clear of all merchandising
  • Keep warehouse clean and tidy at all times
  • You may be asked from time to time to do other duties when short staffed

 

Person Specification

  • Experience in retail and/or warehouse management is essential
  • Must be a capable small team leader who is organised and motivated for the day to day running of the Warehouse.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with customers and staff alike.
  • Strong time management and the ability to manage and prioritise workloads and those of others
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Experience of using computers for business including Microsoft Office suite
  • To be in good health as you will need to lift and carry bags & boxes
  • Willing to be flexible with hours and to take on additional responsibilities if required

MARKETPLACE & SALES TEAM LEADER (£21,000 - £26,000)

The successful Marketplace & Sales team leader will be driving sales and orders through Ecommerce Marketplace sites such as eBay and through our own website. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will have managed large vendor and seller catalogues before and will have experience of driving additional growth, finding opportunities, and acting on them quickly.

The role is exclusively responsible for the management of day-to-day online marketplace trading including Amazon, eBay and others however, proactive daily communication and co-ordination with product management, operations, supply chain and the sales department is critical.

The successful applicant will ultimately be responsible for the continued success of a thriving marketing channel for a rapidly growing company.

About You

This role is ideal for a positive and dynamic person who can think commercially about how to grow marketplace sales, understands the operational and logistical elements of dealing with eBay & Amazon, and is a proactive self-starter who can display initiative and solve problems.

Experience with marketplace channels such as eBay and a knowledge of car audio is essential.

You will have demonstrable experience of managing multiple ecommerce or retail accounts. You will be able to interpret sales data, think commercially, be driven by revenue growth, and have excellent attention to detail. Suitable job titles for this role include Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, National Account Manager, Sales Manager, Ecommerce Manager, Marketplace Manager, Channel Manager, Channel Executive or similar.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Taking full ownership of our website and eBay product listings including adding group new products and managing all pricing and merchandising of all listings
  • Using BigCommerce & Inkfrog integration to populate marketplace and website store listings
  • Managing marketplace case logs to resolve issues regarding fulfilment, product/catalogue setup and pricing
  • Working with development and operations departments on implementing new logistical capabilities such as drop ship opportunities
  • Meeting customer expectations with order processing, answering enquiries & selling new products.
  • Analysing and responding to cost price proposals and bulk order requests
  • Manage a small team who are responsible for uploads, listing creation, and other tasks
  • Undertake detailed ongoing analysis of marketplace trends, competitor activity and highlight opportunities for branded campaigns
  • Awareness and analysis of marketplace competition
  • Work closely with the sales and buying departments with regards to stock forecasts and fulfilment of orders
  • Management of other marketplace developments, examples may include selling via eBay, OnBuy, Wayfair etc and potentially implementing FBA or SFP on marketplace orders

 

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Extensive car audio experience and knowledge
  • Experience of managing a large product catalogue and regularly resolving multiple fulfilment and catalogue queries via case logs at any one time
  • Strong analytical and commercial marketplace skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload

ADMIN ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST (£10.50-£13 per hour)

Audio Tech Direct Ltd has grown into one of the UKs largest authorised car audio, mobile and tech internet dealers, with thousands of satisfied online customers. We have expanded our product range and we need to get the products online and available for our customers to buy them. We are looking for the ideal candidate to join the ATD team and help grow the business. Duties will include entering high volumes of information onto our bespoke computer systems, checking and correcting any errors on the system, chasing departments for information and working to deadlines. You will also be the first to answer calls to direct them to the relevant sales member who can assist if required.

The ideal candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail, be able to manage high volumes of information, work well on your own initiative and within a team and be keen to learn and challenge yourself.

Skills and experiences:

  • IT literate including full suite of Microsoft office
  • Adaptable and constantly learning
  • The post holder will be expected to demonstrate clear attention to detail and although IT focused, must be able to communicate effectively and promptly with all staff teams and departments
  • Knowledge of data analysis and associated software
  • Excellent organisational & communication skills are a must
  • Knowledge of eBay listing tools
  • The ability to deal with people confidently on the telephone
  • The ability to prioritise a varied workload in a methodical manner

 

Duties:

  • Answer all incoming calls, advise & direct to appropriate party, announcing nominated calls
  • Data entries from an electronic system and transferring images after training provided
  • Help to maintain the website and marketplace channels with accurate information

  • Help to make sure the brand and the products are all uniformed
