Product Availability

The availability status on each product page indicates how long it will take for the item to leave our warehouse.

Availability Statuses Explained:

  • Available

    Item is in stock and will be dispatched within 1 working day.

  • Special Order - Back Order

    Item is sourced from a supplier and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

  • Out of Stock

    Item is currently unavailable and not available from our suppliers.

Please note: This is not the total door-to-door delivery time. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and other factors such as location or courier delays.


UK Deliveries

Orders Under 2kg

  • Most in-stock items arrive in 2–3 working days.

  • Some items held by suppliers take 4–6 working days.

  • Saturday is not a working day.

  • Free UK mainland delivery on most items (exceptions apply to remote regions and islands).

Orders Over 2kg

  • We use trusted couriers like DHL, DPD, ParcelForce, and Royal Mail.

  • Your order may ship from multiple UK warehouses, so items may arrive separately.

  • Free delivery applies to UK mainland only. Remote areas will see a surcharge at checkout.

Important:

  • Royal Mail aims to deliver in 1–3 working days (not guaranteed).

  • If your item hasn’t arrived after 7 days, contact us.

  • We can only replace missing items after 14 days have passed.


EU Deliveries

  • Orders shipped from the UK may require VAT and customs duties due to Brexit.
    Where possible, we use our EU warehouse to avoid customs processing.

  • If shipped from the UK, we include our IOSS number and VAT-paid information when available.

  • We cannot control customs processing times or charges. Buyers are responsible for responding to courier requests to avoid delays or returns.


Non-EU Deliveries

  • For many destinations, it is more efficient to ship directly from our manufacturing facility in CPR.
    This often results in lower costs (up to 40% cheaper) and faster transit times (approximately 5 days quicker).

  • Some items are only available from our UK warehouse and may be shipped from there if needed.

  • Customs charges and delays may apply. These are beyond our control. Prompt communication with your courier is essential to avoid delays or returns.


Additional Information

  • If an item is returned to us due to failed delivery, you will need to pay again for re-shipping.

  • Most deliveries require a signature upon arrival.

  • We may use a different courier than listed, depending on stock location and availability.

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.


Restricted Delivery Zones

We do not ship to the following regions:
Africa, Central America and Caribbean, Middle East, South America.
