Mazda CX-7 (2006-2012)

The Mazda CX-7 is a bit of a hidden gem in Mazda’s SUV history. The Mazda CX-7 was produced from 2006 to 2012, positioned as a mid-size crossover SUV that emphasized sportiness over outright practicality. It was Mazda’s first real attempt at a crossover larger than the CX-5 (which didn’t exist at the time) but smaller and more car-like than the CX-9. The vehicle had a facelift in 2009.

Some vehicles are fitted with a factory BOSE system (the front door speakers will have a BOSE logo on them). Due to the complexity of the vehicle dashboard and wiring harness there are currently no solutions for replacing the factory radio.

Models with a stock reverse camera have it displayed on the top instrument panel, so that will remain in place - unchanged.
