Mazda6 [MK3] (2012-2022)
The Mazda6 GJ, launched in 2012 (2013 in some markets), marked the third generation of Mazda’s midsize sedan, introducing Mazda’s acclaimed “Kodo” design language and Skyactiv technology. A facelift was introduced in 2015, bringing updated front and rear styling, improved infotainment, and the introduction of mild-hybrid technology in certain variants. Production of the GJ generation continued until 2022.
Pre-facelift models would have the Mazda Nav Radio by Sanyo and facelift models were fitted with the MZD Connect system. Bose was also an optional sound package upgrade from standard.
