A5 [8T] (2007-2016)

The first-generation Audi A5, internally designated 8T, debuted in March 2007 at the Geneva Motor Show and entered production in November 2007. It marked Audi’s return to the premium coupé segment, built on the B8 platform shared with the A4. A mid-cycle facelift arrived in late 2011, introducing sharper styling, updated lighting, and refined interior tech. Production concluded in November 2016, making way for the second-generation A5 in 2017
