Order Updates
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. If you need an update or have a question about your order, contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually amend or cancel it. Please contact us as quickly as possible, as our warehouse processes orders rapidly using automated systems.

Troubleshooting Help
If you’re experiencing an issue with your product, our technical team can help diagnose the problem. Common issues include wiring faults, blown fuses, CAN‑bus configuration and incorrect installation.
Firmware & Software
We operate on a “if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it” basis. Firmware updates should only be applied when advised by our technical team. Contact us first before attempting any update.
Installation Support
Professional Installation
We offer installation at our Oswestry workshop for any product purchased from us. Installation is charged at £80 per hour, billed in 30‑minute increments.

Returns & Warranty Support
Returns
You can return unused items within 30 days. All returns must be issued with an RMA reference. Contact us and we’ll provide full instructions.
Warranty
Most products include a 12‑month manufacturer warranty. Some brands offer extended coverage. If you believe your item is faulty, contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.
