Ordering & Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply add your chosen products to the basket and proceed through checkout. You can pay using card, PayPal, Super Payments or Pay‑in‑3 options.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, PayPal Pay‑in‑3, Super Payments, Super Pay‑in‑3, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also call us and place orders over the phone. We can also take orders in our retail shop.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us and we’ll update or cancel it for you. However, be super quick to do so as we run automated software to send information to the warehouse to get your order out the door as soon as possible.

Finance & Pay‑in‑3 Options

How does PayPal Pay‑in‑3 work?

PayPal Pay‑in‑3 splits your purchase into three equal monthly payments with 0% interest. You’ll see the option at checkout.

How does Super Payments Pay‑in‑3 work?

Super Payments also offers a 0% interest Pay‑in‑3 instalment plan. Approval is instant during checkout.

Is there any interest or fees?

No — both PayPal and Super Payments Pay‑in‑3 options are interest‑free with no hidden charges.

Delivery & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days but it depends on the delivery service you choose at the checkout. Express options are available at checkout. If we have the item in stock, your order will leave the same working day if ordered before 3pm.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — international shipping is available. Delivery times vary by location.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?

You can return unused items within 30 days for a refund. Items must be in original condition.

How do I return an item?

Contact us with your order number and we’ll provide return instructions. All returns must be issued with a RMA reference. Please see our policy on this for more information.

How long is the warranty?

Most products include a 12‑month manufacturer warranty. Some brands offer longer coverage.

Product Compatibility

How do I know if a product fits my vehicle?

Each product page includes a compatibility list. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll confirm fitment for you.

What if my car isn’t listed?

We can often still help — send us your vehicle details and we’ll check compatibility manually.

Do you offer technical advice?

Yes — our team can advise on wiring, CAN‑bus, fascia kits, adapters and more. We have a dedicated technical helpline during opening hours.

Installation & Fitting Services

Do you offer fitting services?

Yes — we offer professional installation at our Oswestry workshop for any product purchased from us.

How much does installation cost?

Installation is charged at £80 per hour, billed in 30‑minute increments.

Can you install products I didn’t buy from you?

We prefer to only install products purchased directly from Audio Tech Direct. However, we may make an exception should it be a brand we trust in.

Technical Support

My unit isn’t powering on — what should I do?

Check your fuse, wiring harness, and ground connection. If the issue persists, contact our support team. Often this will be the result of no incoming power to the radio.

How do I update my firmware?

We usually only on a "if it isn't broke - don't try and fix it" basis. This will need to be communicated for approval from our technical team.

Do you offer aftercare support?

Yes — we provide ongoing support for all products purchased from us.
