A new version of the Bluetooth standard means various improvements. With Bluetooth 5.0, you can enjoy talking on the move with the hands free calling element of the head unit. Then with music, you have the A2DP Bluetooth Music mode and this will show the track information when streaming via smart mobile phone. Open Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music, Amazon Music etc on your phone and then open the A2DP App and start streaming. You can play/pause, track forward and track back on the touch screen. Song name and Artist will be displayed on the screen.

With the unit it is very easy to drive to your destination. This radio is standard equipped with an offline navigation program with which you can navigate without additional costs thanks to the supplied GPS receiver. The navigation can be set in various languages, including Dutch, French and English. If you opt for online, you can choose from, for example, Google Maps. However, if you look in the Google Play Store, you will see that there are many more options for navigating online. An example of this is Waze. Such applications allow you to navigate offline and update the maps free of charge.

Thanks to a built-in DSP amplifier, you can enjoy accurate and lively sound under all circumstances with the car radio. When you play a song inside a building, it sounds different than a song playing in your car. This is because the acoustics are different, so the music is heard differently. A DSP can be used to smooth out differences in acoustics so your music will sound like you are hearing it in person instead of through a speaker. A Digital Signal Processor is a device that allows you to manipulate signals from various inputs and allows your speakers to play in a way that they were designed to by cutting out distortion and increasing overall volume.

This Android version makes it possible to use the split screen mode. Open and operate two applications at the same time on the HD touchscreen screen. You can use split screen mode on Android devices to view and use two apps simultaneously. FITMENT NOTES:

1. You may require an aerial adaptor depending on the variant type of your factory aerial plug fitting (sold separately).
2. Some models may require a fascia to convert the dashboard to allow this unit to be fitted (sold separately and mentioned above).
3. Some vehicle on this list have a variation in the dashboard which means a different shape stereo is fitted as standard. Please check.
4. If you have an amplified factory system such as Dynaudio or Fender, then that can be retained but you need to connect the amp wire and you may have to amend the remote method.
5. If you have a stock fitted reverse camera then you will require a retention cable (sold separately).
6. If you have stock fitted USB or AUX ports, then retention cables maybe required to keep them (sold separately)

PLEASE NOTE: With our unit, you will retain the steering wheel controls, door opening display, dual climate control display and parking sensors display (should you have any of these as standard). You do not require anything additional for this.
