Returns & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes products need to be returned—whether they're faulty, damaged, or simply no longer needed. We're here to help, but it's important that you contact us first so we can provide the correct return details and a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.


Unwanted / Not Required Products

You may return an unwanted item within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.

  • It must be unopened or, if opened, it must be in 'as new' condition and not installed or used in any way.

  • Returns must include proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or bank statement).

  • Items cannot be returned after 30 days or if they show signs of use or installation.


Faulty Products

If your item develops a fault, we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible.

  • Within 30 days of delivery: You can request a refund or exchange.

  • After 30 days and within the manufacturer’s warranty period (usually 12 months): We will arrange a repair or replacement in accordance with the warranty terms.

  • All faults must be verified—we reserve the right to inspect the product.

  • Faults due to misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately (within 24 hours is best).

  • Include photos of both the damaged item and the outer packaging.

  • We will review the claim and aim to resolve it promptly.


Our Returns Policy Summary

  1. 30-Day Return Window

    • Return for refund or exchange within 30 days.

    • Items must be in resaleable condition.

    • Return postage is your responsibility.

    • A 15% restocking fee may apply for items with signs of installation or use.

  2. After 30 Days – Manufacturer's Warranty

    • Minimum 12-month cover.

    • Contact our eSupport Help Desk for guidance.

    • We may repair, replace, or refer you to the manufacturer’s service centre.

  3. Packaging Requirements

    • Do not attach labels directly to the product box.

    • Use outer packaging to return the item.

    • Returns with labels stuck to the product box may be refused.

  4. Missing Parts

    • Returns missing components will be eligible for partial refunds or exchanges only, based on the cost of replacement parts.

  5. Return Postage

    • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  6. Installation Costs

    • We do not cover installation or removal costs under any circumstances.

  7. Return at Your Risk

    • Items are returned at your own risk.

    • Please package items securely.

    • Damaged returns due to poor packaging will be rejected or returned to you at your cost.


Received the Wrong or Faulty Item?

  • You must notify us within 10 days of receiving an incorrect or faulty item.

  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or alternative solution depending on the issue.

  • Warranty is void if the product has been opened or tampered with by unauthorised persons.

  • Minor faults may be resolved by sending you replacement parts or mutually agreed solutions.
