This is a 200mm wide Toyota HDD Navigation unit. It is manufactured by Matsushita with the Toyota part number of 08545-00Q21. The unit screen flips down to reveal a hard disc drive. This radio can also be found in the Estima and Mark X vehicles.

The radio uses the Toyota 16pin (10+6) power and speaker connections and the factory fitted reverse camera is on the 4pin connection.
