Golf [MK7] (2012-2020)
The Volkswagen Golf (Mk7) is a C-segment car manufactured by German automobile manufacturer Volkswagen. The Golf VII, Typ 5G used the new MQB platform, shared with the third-generation Audi A3, Seat Leon and Skoda Octavia.
These Vehicles are based on the MIB-PQ platform which use the second generation of Quadlock connector.
Models up to 2016 would either have the 8 button 6.5" Composition Media or 8" Discover Media MIB system. Models after 2016 (Golf MK7.5) would have the 8" or 9.2" touch panel Discover Media radio system.
