We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. All orders are dispatched from our Oswestry warehouse, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.

UK Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (2–3 Working Days)

Our standard delivery service is ideal for most orders. Depending on the size and weight of your items, we will ship using Royal Mail, DPD or UPS. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.

Express Delivery (Next Working Day)

Need your order quickly? Choose Express Delivery at checkout. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day. Express services are handled by DPD, UPS or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Saturday Delivery

Available on selected items. If offered at checkout, your order will be delivered on the next available Saturday.

Royal Mail

Ideal for small to medium parcels. Royal Mail offers reliable 24 and 48 services, with tracking updates available once the parcel is scanned into their network.

DPD

Our most popular courier for next‑day delivery. DPD provides a 1‑hour delivery window and full tracking through the DPD app or website.

UPS

Used for heavier or high‑value items. UPS offers fast, secure delivery with detailed tracking updates.

Amazon Shipping (Coming Soon)

We will soon be offering Amazon Shipping for selected orders, providing fast delivery and extended evening delivery windows.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day, provided the item is in stock. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates depend on the courier and may take a short time to appear after dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International, UPS and DPD Classic/DPD Air. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Additional Information

• Some oversized or heavy items may require a specific courier.
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes using DPD or UPS.
• Weather or courier delays are outside of our control, but we will always assist where possible.
• Pre‑order items will ship once stock arrives.
