Product Availability
At Audio Tech Direct, we stand behind the quality of our products. Unless otherwise stated, all items come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, neglect, or accidental damage.

Manufacturer defects and faults in materials or workmanship
Issues that occur under normal usage
Repairs or replacements approved by the manufacturer
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
Accidental damage, misuse, or improper installation
Issues that occur under normal wear and tear
Unauthorised repairs or tampering
External factors (e.g., power surges, weather damage)
Installation or removal costs
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
CONTACT SUPPORT
Before returning an item, contact us via our website or by email. Please include:
- A clear description of the fault
- Your order invoice (proof of purchase)
- Your contact details (name, email, phone number)
REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER
All warranty returns require a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 days
- Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted
RETURN THE PRODUCT
Once approved, return the item using a tracked and insured service.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- We are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit
- Ensure packaging is secure to prevent further damage
INSPECTION & RESOLUTION
Items will be inspected by the manufacturer or an authorised service centre
If the item is faulty, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost
If no fault is found or the issue is outside warranty, the return may be declined
If a replacement is required, we’ll send the same model or an equivalent (subject to availability)
Please allow up to 21 working days for the full process. We’ll keep you updated throughout.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
- Customers cover return postage
- If your item is repaired or replaced, we cover shipping back to you
TRANSIT ISSUES
- We are not responsible for lost/damaged returns
- Claims for damaged deliveries must be made within 24 hours of receipt
INSTALLATION COSTS
- Installation and removal costs are not covered under any circumstances
OUT-OF-WARRANTY REPAIRS
- Contact us for advice—repairs may be available at standard service rates
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. We also comply fully with Distance Selling Regulations.
