At Audio Tech Direct, we stand behind the quality of our products. Unless otherwise stated, all items come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, neglect, or accidental damage.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
Step 1: Contact Support
Before returning an item, contact us via our website or by email. Please include:

A clear description of the fault

Your order invoice (proof of purchase)

Your contact details (name, email, phone number)
Our support team will advise on next steps and may ask for additional information or troubleshooting.
Step 2: Request an RMA Number
All warranty returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

RMA numbers are valid for 30 days

Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted
Step 3: Return the Product
Once approved, return the item using a tracked and insured service.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

We are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit

Ensure packaging is secure to prevent further damage
Inspection & Resolution

Items will be inspected by the manufacturer or an authorised service centre

If the item is faulty, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost

If no fault is found or the issue is outside warranty, the return may be declined

If a replacement is required, we’ll send the same model or an equivalent (subject to availability)
