MAIN FEATURES
This adaptor is required to replace factory fitted amplified radio with an aftermarket headunit (Alpine, Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony, JVC etc.). It will convert the car original power and speakers wiring connector to a standard ISO connector and actives the factory on board Bose amplifier.
This allows the connection of an aftermarket HU to an OEM amplified system while retaining the OEM amplifier and connected speakers by adapting, matching or converting the output signals of the signal source to the signal input of the OEM amplifier. Depending on the vehicle and the installed OEM amplified system, various functions such as fader, sound or subwoofer settings might be lost. In individual cases, depending on the OEM system and the retrofit radio, increased noise or a switch-on or switch-off noise may occur.

- Loose red is for +12v ignition power - must be manually connected
- Loose orange is for +12v illumination. This can be powered from the headlight switch or accessory.
