This aerial adaptor is required when replacing your vehicle’s factory-fitted head unit with an aftermarket unit. It enables straightforward installation without cutting or modifying existing cables or connectors.
Always ensure the adaptor matches your vehicle’s specifications. Using the wrong type can result in poor radio reception.
PLEASE NOTE:
The loose blue wire should be connected to the antenna turn-on wire (typically blue or blue/white) from the aftermarket radio harness. This activates the vehicle’s original antenna amplifier
