PLEASE NOTE: The rear view camera system runs on a +12v system (ideally you want between 13-15 volts for a good stable image). Some models with CANBUS have voltage drops on the reverse bulb power (for bulb out warnings on the dash). In such cases, a relay would be required with the camera to boost the voltage. We have this available with part number CCA-18123. The relay is not supplied with the camera and is sold separately.
The Audio Tech Direct LED camera range are AFTER-MARKET cameras. They are designed for use use with after-market monitors and head units. They are not OEM factory replacement cameras. We do sell camera interfaces and camera input cables for stock OEM radios separately.
VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY LIST
This item is universal fitment so it technically can fit any vehicle. You just need to have the surface and space to be able to mount it. It is up to you, the customer, to ensure you double check that the item matches the existing space on the vehicle and also that the product that the camera will connect to will be able to connect and function with the head unit or monitor.
The camera is after-market and has RCA connections for after-market head units or monitors. The camera has a NTSC video signal.
