Audio Tech Direct now offers a range of cable adaptors to allow an after-market camera to be connected to the OEM factory radio. These are a great way of adding some much needed parking assistance to your factory radio. Please read the listing description carefully as coding and variants with the factory radio may apply.
This is a plug-and-play "T" Harness that allows you to easily add a back-up camera (when your vehicle did not come with a OEM backup camera) to select OEM systems while retaining factory settings. Ditch the wires and discover the simplicity of true plug-and-play. Disconnect the factory connector and connect our T-Harness inline.
This interface allows you to add a rear and front camera to the OEM monitor of a 2016 to 2018 Volvo car with a 9 inch vertical screen. It adds active parking lines and integrates with the cars parking sensors to provide a visual parking display.
Features & Benefits:
- No special coding needed
- Integrates with the LVDS cable behind the vehicle head unit
- Rear camera will activate as soon as reverse gear is engaged (trigger)
- Front camera will only activate if reverse gear is selected and then immediately afterwards drive forward gear is selected

NOTE:
- Ignition must be turned off before installing the interface. The plug and play quadlock harness is connected behind the car's original radio. Set the dip switches on the unit first before powering the interface. If changing the dip switches you must power down the interface first.
- On most Volvo's you may need to connect a cable from the interface to a reverse trigger wire such as the reverse light feed.
- The CAN connection, on some models will be behind the steering wheel cowling.
UK Deliveries: Free UK mainland delivery applies to orders over £30 (exceptions apply to remote regions and islands, which will see a surcharge at checkout).
