MAIN FEATURES
This product is suitable for most models with the RNS-E 2G or RNS-E 3G. Once installed the RNS-E will automatically switch to camera when the reverse gear is selected. Some models will also display the active Guide-lines and Parallel Parking aid. (A3/S3/RS3 and R8 Only). If the vehicle currently has the optical parking sensors installed, then the camera will work in conjunction with the optical display. The parking sensor image will be super imposed over the reverse camera image. (Only models with optical parking sensors currently fitted).
The RNS-E Navigation system is branded “Audi Navigation Plus” but is identifiable by the 2 x SD Card slots behind the fold down monitor.
PLEASE NOTE: This interface will not fit models with factory TV systems.
