The ATD IDFT1 Infotainment Retention Interface is designed to make aftermarket stereo upgrades easier while retaining important factory vehicle functions. Supplied with a universal patch lead, the IDFT1 allows you to replace your original factory radio while maintaining access to key vehicle features that would otherwise be lost.
Designed for selected Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, Vauxhall and Peugeot vehicles, the IDFT1 retains steering wheel control functionality and provides access to supported vehicle settings through your new aftermarket head unit. It also supports the retention of the original reverse camera, where fitted and compatible.
Featuring selectable DIP switch configuration, the interface allows straightforward setup for compatible aftermarket head units. It also provides essential outputs for reverse gear, park brake and speed pulse signals, making it suitable for a range of aftermarket multimedia and navigation installations.
With software update support and multi-language functionality, the IDFT1 is designed to help maintain essential vehicle integration while enjoying the benefits of an upgraded audio system.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- The aftermarket head unit must support steering wheel control functionality.
- Steering wheel control functions may vary from the original factory functions depending on the aftermarket head unit.
- The aftermarket head unit must have a dedicated rear camera input to retain the factory reverse camera.
- Not compatible with high-definition factory cameras.
- Factory amplifier retention is not supported.
- Not all vehicle settings, functions or information will be supported or displayed following installation.
- Fernlight assist and driver assistance system functions are not supported.
- Start/Stop functionality cannot be adjusted through the interface.
- If the vehicle odometer flashes after installation, check the DIP switch configuration and refer to the installation manual.
- Reimport vehicles or vehicles with different software configurations may have compatibility limitations.
- Always check the factory radio and vehicle connectors against the supplied interface before installation.
- Additional accessories such as a stereo fascia or aerial adaptor may be required depending on the vehicle and installation.
Installation Advice: Before completing the installation, check all steering wheel controls, vehicle settings, camera operation and other retained functions. Ensure all connections and configuration settings are correct before refitting the dashboard.
