This rear view camera activation tool is ideal if you deal with RCD330/RCD360/RCD300/RCD310/RNS310/RNS315/RNS510 head units and need to turn the camera activation on. Much cheaper than a VAGCOM to buy and you have unlimited use with it.
Simply plug it into the OBDII port and let it do its thing.
INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions For Use:
1. Turn on the ignition switch
2. Plug the opener into the OBD socket
3. I heard a "drop" sound (red light), normal power-on work
4. After a few seconds, will heard the sound of continuous “drip”, indicating that the rear view channel has been opened.
5. Unplug the opener from the OBD socket
6. Press and hold the power button of the host to restart or power off the host, OK
7. Some models will not continuously "drip" when they are turned on. Just restart the host and it will be OK.
PLEASE NOTE: For Audi models after 2019, the engine compartment must be opened before activate
