The Phoenix Gold ZDSV2 is a 2-way Plug & Play speaker upgrade kit designed specifically for compatible Volvo vehicles from 2016 onwards. It upgrades the factory rear doors from a 1-way speaker system to a 2-way setup, delivering improved clarity, detail and depth while maintaining the original speaker locations and factory-style appearance.
The ZDSV2 combines the ZDSV25T 1" (25mm) titanium dome tweeters with the ZDSV6C 6.5" (165mm) midbass speakers to create a more complete and engaging rear soundstage. The ZDSV25T features a Neo magnet, titanium cone and built-in 6dB/Oct filter, while the ZDSV6C uses a reinforced plastic basket, rubber surround, Y35 magnet and treated paper cone for strong and controlled midbass performance.
Designed for easy installation, the ZDSV2 includes a dedicated crossover and Y-cable to simplify the connection between the factory wiring and upgraded speakers. The OEM-fit design installs directly into the original Volvo speaker locations without cutting or major modifications, making it an ideal upgrade for both standard systems and installations using additional amplification such as the Phoenix Gold ZDA4.6.
