This unit is generally made by Mitsubishi Electric and has the part number NH640L or Model 39540-SMA-J11. However, this not to be confused with the NH640L but has the Model 39540-SMA-J01 as it has different wiring. The J11 can be identified by the EJECT button in the bottom right corner, whereas the J01 version has an open button there.
