Jaguar S-Type (1999-2007)

The Jaguar S-Type, produced from 1999 to 2007, marked Jaguar’s return to the mid-size executive saloon market, aiming to blend modern engineering with classic British styling. A facelift in 2002 brought improved interior quality and a second, more significant facelift in 2004 included revised front and rear styling. The S-Type was discontinued in 2007, replaced by the much more modern and design-forward Jaguar XF.

Some vehicles are fitted with a factory Alpine premium system (the speakers will have an Alpine logo on them). These require an amp bypass lead to be installed at the amplifier location in the boot.
