The Kia Niro Mk1 was launched in the UK in 2016 as a practical, eco-friendly crossover available with hybrid and later plug-in hybrid (PHEV) powertrains. In 2018, Kia introduced the fully electric e-Niro, which quickly became one of the UK’s most in-demand EVs thanks to its impressive range and value. A facelift in 2019 refreshed the Niro’s styling.
