The Kia Sportage Mk I (NB-7) made its debut in the UK in 1995, marking Kia’s first serious foray into the compact SUV market. Born from a collaboration with Mazda, with no airbags in UK models and a one‑star ANCAP crash rating, it wasn’t the safest kid on the block—but it delivered genuine off‑road ability at an affordable price.

The factory wiring uses a Kia specific plug. The dash will only fit a single DIN radio.
