The Land Rover Discovery 3, known as the LR3 in North America, was produced from 2004 to 2009 and represented a significant step forward for Land Rover in the UK market. The Discovery 3 received a mild facelift in 2007. Production ended in 2009, when it was succeeded by the Discovery 4.

Some vehicles are fitted with a factory Harmon/Kardon system (the tweeters will have a Harmon Kardon logo on them) or the Harmon/Kardon Logic7 system.
