The Mazda2 Mk1 (also known as the Mazda Demio in some markets) was the first generation of Mazda's subcompact hatchback, launched in 2002 as a replacement for the Mazda 121. Built on the Ford B3 platform (shared with the Ford Fiesta Mk5), it offered practicality, reliability, and distinctive tall-boy styling. Production of the Mk1 Mazda2 ended in 2007.
Due to the complexity of the vehicle dashboard and wiring harness there are currently no solutions for replacing the factory radio.
