The facelift of the Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class C209/A209 was introduced in 2005 and brought a series of subtle but meaningful updates aimed at keeping the model competitive. Externally, changes included redesigned front and rear bumpers, a slightly revised grille, new light clusters with clear-lens indicators, and updated alloy wheel designs.

Inside, the facelift introduced improved trim materials, updated instrument graphics, a redesigned steering wheel and some new head unit options. The head unit top width on this 254mm and not to be confused with other Mercedes head units which are 260mm.
