The Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class (C257) is the third-generation model, produced from 2018 to 2023. It marked a return to a sleeker, more minimalist design language, aligning with Mercedes' modern aesthetic. While it did not receive a major facelift, the infotainment system was updated in 2020.

The vehicle was fitted with the NTG5.5 system up until July 2020, then switched to the MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience) from then onwards.
