M-Class & ML [W164] (2005-2011)
The Mercedes-Benz W164 is the second generation of the M-Class (now known as the GLE), produced from 2005 to 2011. It replaced the first-generation W163 and represented a major leap in refinement, technology, and on-road dynamics. In 2008, the W164 received a facelift (2009 model year), which included updated front and rear bumpers, new grille and headlights aswell as revised tail lamps.
The vehicle used Mercedes Quadlock for the audio connection. Models with the amplified sound package will have a MOST fibre optic connection.
