The Patrol used different ISO leads during its manufacture. The easiest way to confirm is to remove the factory radio and physically check. However the general dates that each connector was used is as below:
Models up to 2000, would normally be on ISO-12019
Models 2000 to 2003, would normally be on ISO-12018
Models 2003 onwards, would normally be on ISO-12020
