This is a 200mm wide radio made by Fujitsu Ten. It has the part number 08545-00P40 on the chassis and the part number NH3T-W56 on the radio panel.

This uses the normal Toyota 16pin (10+6) power and speaker connections. The factory Toyota reverse camera in on the 4pin connection block.
