The second model, the Vectra B, was introduced in October 1995 for the 1996 model year. This model replaced the Vauxhall Cavalier in the United Kingdom. In April 1999, the Vectra was updated, receiving a mildly modified body.

A single or double DIN are both possible on this vehicle. The factory wiring uses an ISO plug.
