This ACV installation kit is to provide you with the basic installation products required to complete a new radio installation into your vehicle. 

Note: Before installation, please review the compatibility notes for each component.

Note: OEM Function Awareness – Some vehicle functions or settings may not be supported by the retrofit head unit. Check the original OEM head unit, vehicle settings, and available functions before installation.

Final System Check – Confirm vehicle functionality, settings access, and steering wheel control operation before completing the installation.

OEM Head Unit Compatibility Notes

This kit is suitable for:

• Vehicles with VDO Update List OEM unit without display
• Vehicles with external display (display must remain connected)
• Vehicles without Carminat / Tuner List OEM unit

Important Installation Notes

1. Compare the connectors shown with those in your vehicle to ensure compatibility
2. Check OEM device functions and vehicle menu before installation
3. Disconnect OEM device while power is off
4. Configure interface settings and hardware while de-energized
5. Connect radio connection cable according to aftermarket device instructions
6. Connect all other connections according to aftermarket device instructions
7. Connect the entire system to the vehicle with live connection last
8. Configure interface software and retrofit head unit as per instructions
9. Test steering wheel controls and vehicle functions before final installation
10. Any wiring modifications or alternative connections must be carried out by trained personnel only
11. Incorrect installation may void warranty or affect vehicle systems
12. Reimported vehicles or vehicles with different software versions may have reduced compatibility
