A little about the RCD330 by Desay SV...

The RCD330 model is not typically available in the UK or indeed Europe. It is designed for the Asian and Russian market. We import the model from vendors we have in these markets. We are the only UK and EU company that actually does this. The unit are always removed from vehicles in those countries and this is why they are never advertised as brand new because they removed from vehicles and once removed, they are graded by the vendors. We only accept Grade A+ models, which have hardly or any imperfections.

Here we have the 187B variant which is the Desay SV model. This supports Apple Car Play via USB front cable connection. This touchscreen system that gives you a much needed upgrade without the high cost. As standard, it offers FM Radio, Bluetooth, USB, Aux and a SD Card Reader. This system does not offer Android Auto. It does however offer Mirrorlink which some Android Devices can use but if you wanted Android Auto, we would suggest the Noname version.

You may find some other sellers in different countries selling cheaper but it's most likely they are either drop-shipping directly from these countries, avoiding taxes and/or selling Grade B/C models. Ours cannot compare as a valid UK company who pays VAT. We also have a 12 month warranty compared to the 30/60/180 day warranty you get from other sellers.

Built in Apple CarPlay CarPlay takes the things you want to do with your iPhone while driving and puts them on your car’s built-in display. You can get directions, make calls, send and receive messages, and listen to music, all in a way that allows you to stay focused on the road. Just connect your iPhone and go. You can also use steering wheel controls.	Apple Car Play Navigation One of the best features of the RCD330 by far is the ability of upgrading your vehicle with full blown navigation using Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze when your Smartphone is connected. Having features such as this is normally seen on high end navigation systems! The GPS is taken directly from the phone so please check your data allowance.
Analogue Radio Listen to all your local FM Radio Stations whilst retaining the OEM look and feel. Links to your existing Roof Antenna. This system does not support RDS Text for FM Radio so it will not show Radio Names or Station Info like on a standard VOLKSWAGEN Radio. This system uses a single FM Fakra. If your existing system is a Double Fakra you will need an adaptor.	Bluetooth Calls & A2DP Music Streaming The built-in Bluetooth module allows wireless connection of a mobile phone for hands-free communication. A very intuitive user interface makes it very easy to use and the built in microphone makes for easy installation. Bluetooth also enables audio streaming from the phone: audio content or even internet radio can be wirelessly transferred to your RCD330.
Media Inputs You have the choice of playing your music via a range of different ways if you don’t have a Bluetooth or CarPlay enabled device. You have the option of SD Card, USB or 3.5mm Aux.	Park Pilot / OPS Supported If your vehicle has Genuine Rear or Front & Rear Optical Parking Sensors then when you engage reverse with the RCD 330 Plus it will show a visual representation on screen as per factory.
Original Desay SV RCD330+ Stock Head Unit The VW RCD330 PLUS MIB Composition Media Touch Head unit from Volkswagen is designed to be compatible with the VW range between 2010-2016. It is direct fit without any modification to any of compatible VW vehicles. The RCD330 Plus head unit is definitely something that will grant up to dated features and strong reliability as being an OEM radio from Volkswagen.	Works With Steering Wheel Remote Buttons If your vehicle is equipped with control buttons on the steering wheel, you can use them with the head unit as well. The Android system is fully connected to the vehicle electronics and accepts all steering controls such as volume control, track control and audio mute. This is yet another feature that contributes to comfort and driving safety in your vehicle.

FITMENT NOTES:

1. To enable some features on the product, you will need to enable them using a VCDS/VAG-COM tool (not supplied). This is to sync the head unit and vehicle together.
2. For models on CANBUS 1.4, you will require the CAN simulator to make the vehicle compatible with the stereo (sold separately), as the stereo is on CANBUS 2.0  
3. Unless you have the RCD210 fitted as standard, then you will require an aerial adaptor. If you wish to add a camera to the stereo, you will also need the RVCRCD330 12 pin CVBS input cable (sold separately).
4. Not compatible with models with Dynaudio or Fender sound systems.
