This custom fit head unit is designed to be an after-market replacement head unit for the original base level fitted head unit. The unit is supplied with a matching audio plug fitting from what should be stock entry level standard. This item is known to replace the 230mm x 120mm Ford CD6000 stock stereo (not the round shape one)

FITMENT NOTES:

1. For models built in Belgium, this is a straight forward install. For models built in Turkey, there is a bit more work involved. As the aperture frame is 2-4mm narrower than the ones built in Belgium, you may need to get a multi-tool to remove a section to allow the USB/SD section of the unit to be able to pass into the aperture. On some of the models, they moved the steering wheel control cables so you may need to manually connect these to the key cables on the stereo (very easy to do, contact us if you need assistance with this).
2. Ford Fiesta Mk5 (2005-2008). If you stock stereo is the CD4500 or "Triple-Bar" stereo then unfortunately this unit will NOT be a direct replacement as the head units are different sizes.
3. Ford Fusion (2006-2011). Check the shape as some of the Fusion models had a different shape head unit (square shape) as standard as this unit will not replace that.
