The Phoenix Gold ZDSV1 is a premium 3-way Plug & Play speaker upgrade system designed specifically for compatible Volvo vehicles from 2016 onwards. It replaces the original front door speakers with a complete Phoenix Gold speaker system, delivering improved clarity, detail, midrange performance and stronger bass while maintaining the factory-style installation.
The ZDSV1 combines the ZDSV25T 1" (25mm) titanium dome tweeters, ZDSV4C 4" (100mm) speakers and ZDSV6C 6.5" (165mm) midbass speakers with a dedicated crossover for a complete 3-way front door upgrade. The system can be used with the original Volvo amplifier or paired with an additional amplifier such as the Phoenix Gold ZDA4.6 for increased output and advanced sound tuning.
Designed for a straightforward installation, the ZDSV1 uses vehicle-specific components and Plug & Play connections to replace the original speakers without major modifications. The ZDSV25T features a built-in 6dB/Oct filter, while the ZDSV4C and ZDSV6C use purpose-built speaker designs to provide detailed highs, clear midrange and enhanced bass response for a significant improvement over the factory audio system.
