The Wavtech ThinPRO12 12" Subwoofer is engineered to deliver powerful, full-depth bass from an ultra-shallow 3" mounting depth. With 750W RMS power handling and a 2-ohm single voice coil, it is designed for installations where space is limited without compromising on serious subwoofer performance.
Its patent-pending design combines mirrored internal NBR spiders with an axial force transfer assembly to achieve more than 2" of peak-to-peak excursion. The FEA-optimised dual-gap motor structure uses double-stacked strontium magnets to maximise flux density and control, while the 5" voice coil provides the moving force required for high-power bass output.
A rigid yet lightweight Honeycomb Nomex® and glass fibre cone, double-roll NBR surround and vented cast aluminium frame provide a robust foundation for accurate performance. The ThinPRO12 is optimised for both sealed and ported enclosures, with a protective mesh grille included for added protection.
