The Wavtech ART Auto Remote Turn-on Module is designed to generate a +12V trigger when a switched +12V source is difficult or impossible to access in a vehicle. It provides a simple solution for powering audio systems and small electronic devices such as dash cams or radar detectors.
Installation is straightforward, requiring only a +12V power connection, chassis ground and a connection to a single speaker. The ART uses Wavtech's proven auto turn-on sensing technology to detect either DC offset or audio signal, with both detection methods also usable simultaneously.
The compact module can provide 1.5A of continuous output current and is capable of driving multiple relays at the same time. Locking detachable terminals and its small footprint make the ART a practical time-saving solution for aftermarket vehicle installations.
