- Vehicles with Chorus OEM device with monochrome display
- Vehicles without OEM navigation, 2× SD card slot, or B OSE OEM sound system
- Vehicles with amplifier switch-off noise may require optional AF interference filter
- Reimported vehicles or vehicles with different software may be incompatible in terms of functions
OEM Head Unit Compatibility Notes
This kit is suitable for:
- Steering wheel remote control function requires compatible Quadlock multilead interface
- Some functions may only work when engine is running
- DIP switch settings configurable according to the aftermarket device instructions
Important Installation Notes
- Verify all OEM device functions before installation
- Disconnect OEM device while power is off
- Configure interface settings and hardware while de-energized
- Connect the radio connection cable according to the retrofit device instructions
- Connect all other connections according to retrofit device instructions
- Connect the entire system to the vehicle with live connection last
- Configure interface software and retrofit head unit according to instructions (steering wheel remote control, camera, hands-free system, antenna phantom power, etc.)
- Test vehicle functions before final installation
- Any wiring modifications, alternative connections, or cable extensions must be carried out by trained specialists
- Incorrect installation may void warranty or affect vehicle systems
