Lexus ES (2019-On)
The Lexus ES (XV70) arrived in the UK for the first time in 2019, replacing the discontinued GS and marking a shift toward comfort-oriented, front-wheel-drive executive saloons. Built on Toyota’s TNGA-K platform, the UK-spec ES is offered exclusively as the ES 300h, a petrol-electric hybrid pairing a 2.5L inline-4 with an electric motor for smooth and efficient performance.
A facelift in late 2021 (2022 model year) introduced subtle styling changes, a new touchscreen interface, improved infotainment, and enhanced safety features via Lexus Safety System+ 2.5.
