Note: OEM Function Awareness – Some vehicle functions or settings may not be supported by the retrofit head unit. Check the original OEM head unit, vehicle settings, and available functions before installation.

Final System Check – Confirm vehicle functionality, settings access, and steering wheel control operation before completing the installation.

Depending on vehicle equipment, software version, and the retrofit head unit, some functions may not be available.

- Steering wheel remote control, camera, hands-free system, and antenna phantom power may require additional wiring and configuration

OEM Head Unit Compatibility Notes

This kit is suitable for:

• Vehicles with factory 1-DIN or compatible VW Up! head units

Important Installation Notes

1. Verify all OEM device functions before installation
2. Disconnect OEM device while power is off
3. Configure interface settings and hardware while de-energized
4. Connect the radio connection cable according to the retrofit device instructions
5. Connect all other connections according to retrofit device instructions
6. Connect the entire system to the vehicle with live connection last
7. Configure interface software and retrofit head unit according to instructions (steering wheel remote control, camera, hands-free system, antenna phantom power, etc.)
8. Test vehicle functions before final installation
9. Any wiring modifications, alternative connections, or cable extensions must be carried out by trained specialists
10. Incorrect installation may void warranty or affect vehicle systems
